Rome SDS hits Twitter

Finally, a company puts Twitter to good use. Friday afternoon, Rome SDS had their newest designer, Mike Forester, sit on Twitter (rough Friday) and answer questions for awhile.

Burton 2011 Catalog

The Burton 2011 catalog arrived in the mail today, and it is very, very tempting. The first thing I did was check and see the improvements to the setup I already have, and I gotta say, I'm slightly upset. My first board was a Bullet, and now, that board is rocker. Right now, I would love to have a rocker board for park, but I'm sure learning with the reduced grip that comes with a rocker would have made things tougher. Anyone else get the Burton catalog, or any other catalog? What do you think about this year's gear?

Fresh Start

This site is about collaboration. This site is about getting a start. In the Beginning...

The goal of this site is to keep up to date with the snowboard industry. Yes, there are a ton of sites out there like this. And yes, I will probably change the look of this a lot in the beginning, and may even switch from Wordpress. But damn it, I'm going to give it a shot. So here goes nothing.
